Refunds and cancellation
Before you pay
The first two meetings are free and need no card. They are the same meetings as the paid ones. Nobody has to buy the subscription to find out what it is.
The subscription
One subscription, billed monthly, $19 a month. It renews on the same day each month until you cancel it. There is nothing else to buy.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in one step. Cancel where you subscribed: in the app, in the App Store, in Google Play, or through the link in the letter Paddle sent you after payment.
After cancelling, meetings stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for. The next payment does not happen.
Your archive stays with you either way. Records of meetings, the notebook, summaries, export and deletion work whether you are paying or not. A subscription is needed only to start new meetings.
Getting your money back
Write to us within 14 days of a payment and we return it in full. You do not have to say why. One letter to hello@epimelea.com is enough.
If you live in the European Union, the same 14 days are your statutory right of withdrawal for a digital service.
After those 14 days we do not return money for a month already begun. If something went wrong on our side, a double charge or a service that did not work, write to us anyway. We will sort it out.
A refund closes access immediately, and the archive on your device stays yours.
How long it takes
We answer within a few working days. The money comes back the same way it went out, and how long that takes is then up to your bank, usually five to ten working days.
Where you bought matters
Payment on this site goes through Paddle, which sells the subscription and issues the invoice. Ask us, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.
Purchases made inside the iPhone or Android app go through Apple or Google, and only they can return that money. We cannot do it for you. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Google in the Play Store under your subscriptions. Write to us if you get stuck, and we will help you word it.
Who we are and how to reach us: the legal notice. The rest of the rules: the terms of use.
